We have a monthly rhythm of setting aside one Wednesday to pray and fast for our lives, church, city, and the nations. This occurs the first Wednesday of every month from 7-8am in the MPR (with December as the exception).

By entering into this practice, we seek to live the blessed life described in the Beatitudes of people who truly hunger and thirst for righteousness. We are orienting our desires to be for more of God and desiring for His will to be done in Baltimore as it is in Heaven.

This year, we’re preparing the RCC building for the Christmas season in a new way – combining joy-filled decorating with a time of prayer and reflection! 

Teams will serve in specific areas throughout the building (Main Building and City Kids) and participate in prayerful dedication as we usher in the holidays. Whether you love assembling and fluffing trees or simply creating a warm, worshipful atmosphere, we hope you'll join us as we prepare our hearts (and building) for the Christmas season!

One way that we accomplish this is through RCC Institute, a 1-year leadership development program for men and women that desire to be elders, deacons, missionaries, church planters, and church leaders.
