We are excited to let you know that we will be holding our yearly Parent Commissioning on Sunday, March 3, at the 9am and the 11am services and would like to invite you to participate!

Parent Commissioning is a time to charge and send parents into their homes as missionaries. It’s a time for parents to accept the responsibility to be ambassadors for Christ to their children and for the church to affirm their partnership with the parents to raise up children in the Gospel. It’s also a joyous time to introduce our new children and pray for them as a church.

Parent Commissioning is in two parts: a dinner on Saturday night, March 2, from 5:30-7:00pm and the actual commissioning on Sunday morning, March 3.

This dinner will be an opportunity to prayerfully look forward to and learn what it means to raise a child in a Christ-centered household. Childcare will be provided. Please drop off your kids at 4:45pm in City Kids and then head over to the main building to share a meal! Trust us  - you'll want to prioritize this special time. 

The commissioning will be held at the beginning of both services. We ask that you still register your child for City Kids and check them in prior to service. They will remain with you until the commissioning is over, and then you will bring them back down to City Kids for the remainder of service.
